After having received your order, we will send you the invoice by email.  We will inform you about the planned delivery date of your wood floor. Usually all the products are ready for delivery immediately, but due to the large number of orders we have, sometimes you will have to wait a couple of weeks.

We accept payments by bank wire transfer. Once the payment is received, we process the order on the same day. It usually takes 5-6 days to receive the floor at any destination in Europe. Delivery to countries outside Europe can be arranged as well.
